2. Service Requests & Scheduling

  • Appointment windows are typically 2-4 hours (e.g., 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
  • We will contact you approximately 30 minutes before our estimated arrival

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 4 hours notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee
  • No-Shows: Failure to be present for a scheduled appointment will result in a $75 no-show fee
  • Rescheduling: We allow one free reschedule per service request with 24+ hours notice

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide clear access to the appliance needing repair
  • Ensure a safe working environment for our technicians
  • Remove any personal items from around the appliance
  • Have an adult (18+) present during the service appointment
  • Provide electrical/water shut-off access if needed

3. Diagnostics, Estimates & Payment

Diagnostic Fees

  • Standard Diagnostic Fee: $79 - $125 (depending on appliance type)
  • Fee Waiver: Diagnostic fee is waived if you proceed with our recommended repair
  • Diagnostic Process: Includes professional assessment, testing, and verbal explanation of issues
  • Written Estimates: Provided after diagnosis before any repair work begins

Estimate Approvals

  • All estimates are valid for 30 days from issue date
  • Verbal or written approval is required before beginning repairs
  • You may decline any recommended repairs after diagnosis (diagnostic fee applies)
  • Additional charges may apply if additional issues are discovered during repair

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services
  • We accept: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Checks, and Electronic Payments
  • A $35 fee applies to returned checks
  • Financing options may be available for larger repairs (inquire for details)
  • Deposits may be required for parts ordering or extensive repairs
